• Starting Rates:: All prices listed on our menu are "starting at" rates.
To ensure you only pay for the exact services and professional materials used, all pricing is variable. * Estimates: Any "guesstimates" provided over the phone, Online Booking Totals and any totals via text/email messages are rough approximations only and are non-binding.
• Final Quote: Your final total is calculated at the conclusion of your appointment based on the specific time, techniques, and customized products required for your individual results.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for a minimum of [24/48] hours' notice for any cancellations or changes.
• Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a fee of [50%/100%] of the scheduled service.
• No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a [100%] charge of the service total and may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

• No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service total and may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals
We strive to stay on schedule for all our guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time or reschedule your appointment, which will be treated as a late cancellation.

We are committed to delivering healthy, beautiful results, which means we never rush your hair. Because every client’s hair is unique, some services may require more time than originally booked to allow for proper consultation, processing, technique adjustments, and maintaining hair integrity. Appointment times are estimates, and we’ll communicate any needed adjustments during your visit. We encourage clients to allow flexibility in their schedule so we can prioritize quality and the long-term health of your hair.
