Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours' or more of notice for any cancellations or changes.

• Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a fee of 75% of the scheduled service.

• No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service total and may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

We strive to stay on schedule for all our guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time or reschedule your appointment, which will be treated as a late cancellation.

Refund Policy

We take great pride in our work. While we do not offer refunds on any services performed, at the Radiant Rose Salon.

Let's Make It Right:

We are happy to provide a complimentary adjustment within 3 days of your original appointment, if the results do not meet the agreed-upon goal discussed during your consultation.

At The Radiant Rose Salon, we offer a comprehensive range of hair services, specializing in color, cutting, and luxury styling. Beyond hair, our expertise extends to all face waxing and rejuvenating facials. Our pricing is tailored to the specific service, ensuring you receive the highest quality care.

Custom Pricing & Final Totals

To ensure you only pay for the exact services and professional materials used, all pricing is variable. * Estimates: Any "guesstimates" provided over the phone or via message are rough approximations only and are non-binding.

• Final Quote: Your final total is calculated at the conclusion of your appointment based on the specific time, techniques, and customized products required for your individual results.

• Starting Rates: All prices listed on our menu are "starting at" rates.

Mobile & On-Site Travel Policy
A $50 Initial Travel Fee is required for all on-site appointments. This fee covers the commute and setup for any location within a 10-mile radius of the salon.

Extended Travel Rates:

To account for time and transport costs beyond our local area, travel exceeding the initial 10-mile radius is billed based on travel time:

• Base Travel: $50 (covers up to 10 miles).

• Extended Travel: $25 for every 10-minute increment of travel time past the initial 10-mile mark.

• Additional Expenses: Clients are responsible for any parking, valet, or toll fees, which will be added to the final service total.

Note: All travel fees are non-refundable and are separate from the cost of your hair or skin  services.
