To provide the highest level of service to all our guests, The Radiant Rose Salon maintains a firm policy regarding scheduling. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you.
1. 48-Hour Notice Requirement
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer the opening to guests on our waiting list.
2. Late Cancellation Fee
Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a fee equal to 75% of the initial service total.
3. No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notification ("No-Call/No-Show") will be charged 100% of the initial service total.
